Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis .

The selected candidates would be required to develop software on one or more of the following platforms :

.net

Java

AL

Oracle Netsuite

Mobile Apps

The job requires them to understand the user requirements, document them , carry out the development of the software and test the same.

Write and maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for software applications. The job requires the candidates to do programming in Microsoft and Oracle Technologies like AL, .net, Java on SQL / Oracle database . It involves understanding the Technical specifications provided and write high quality code efficient programs. Candidates are expected to use AI ( Co pilot ) whereever possible to shorten the time required for development of programs / Software .

The candidate shoud have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a Science degree with specalization in computers . Should have at least 3 years of programming / software development experience.

The candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics Business central / NAV technical experience ( C/Side and AL ) Should have good SQL knowledge . Have understanding of Business processes , be able to analyse functional specifications, has Knowledge of API etc. The candidate will be required to carry out technical work mainly including customizations based on the specifications provided .

The job involves Implementation of Microsoft dynamics 365 Business central ERP for customers in various industry segments in SME.

The role requires the candidate to carry out requirements analysis , preparation of Functional requirement document and gap fit document, co-ordinate with technical team to get the customizations done, Configuration and setting up of the system, testing , training , user accptance testing with the users and taking the system live.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experince of implementing business central . Good communication skills and customer relationship management skills are a must. A track record of delivering high quality projects on time is needed.
