Work responsibilities:
· Responsible for the formulation and execution of operational plans for subsidiary companies, determining the work objectives, task breakdown, and assessment indicators for each functional department based on the company's development strategy and annual operational plan.
· Organize the formulation of various rules and regulations for subsidiary companies and supervise their implementation.
· Establish and improve various management systems, norms, processes, and institutional frameworks.
· Overall responsibility for the market development of subsidiary companies, leading the team to achieve the operational goals of the subsidiary.
· Responsible for the management, guidance, and training of personnel in subsidiary companies, cultivating outstanding cadres and talents.
· Coordinate the relationship between the headquarters and subsidiary companies, ensure smooth communication of information, and handle various emergencies appropriately.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or above, with over ten years of experience in the information security industry.
· Familiar with enterprise security, risk control, and other scenarios related to the internet and financial clients.
· Have an in-depth understanding the overseas security industry market, identify business opportunities, high passion of entrepreneurship.
