Planning and scheduling of project activities
• Manage the project team and resources with the objective of ensuring the timely completion of projects
• Liaise and co-ordinate with the client, subcontractor and stakeholders to ensure work progress smoothly on site
• Churn out all project plans & reports (Pre-con report, logistics plan, work progress report, MOM, OMM etc)
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
