Responsibilities

• To be proficient in information gathering and reporting
• Assist Project manager, compile and organise project-related information
• Schedule and organise meetings with stakeholders and vendor, prepare agendas, prepare regular status reports for the project manager
• Maintain and organise all project-related documents including minutes of meetings
• Create and update project documentation
• Proficient in stakeholder communications, timeline and milestones tracking
• Proficient in quality control support and change request management
• Help manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process
• Responsible to ensure all the applications systems remain in good working order.
• To interface with the helpdesk agents, end-users and external vendors during application support and problem resolution.
• Besides application support, the Candidate is also expected to make some code changes/enhancements that arise from service requests.
• The Candidate will follow the technical standards and update the necessary documentation.
• To take on support of new application systems when they become operational.
• To assist users and answer queries regarding the supported operational systems.
• Report to the Project Manager in tracking and managing the project timelines and resources

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• working experience in the IT or Infocomm industry, with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Effective communications skills to interact and coordinate with end-users.
• Working experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook & in Project Management tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira.

Responsibilities

• To Provide infrastructure support services to the Systems as well as any other IT systems
• Facilitate the provision of LAN connections to any IT systems
• Facilitate the patching of network points in the Branch Server Room for any IT systems
• Preliminary troubleshooting of any IT systems deployed in the branch, Provisioning and supporting technical issues related to Desktop/Web conferencing and Room-based video conferencing systems

Asset Management services :

• Technical Support services in relation to the following hardware:
• Desktop Computers, Laptops, Touchscreen PCs, Tablets, and other personal computing devices;
• Peripherals such as laser printers, thermal printers, colour printers, and other printing devices;

Operational Support services for Application Systems:

• To provide Operational Technical Support to the Facility Management (FM) teams and the Application teams or suppliers to provide end-to-end Operational Support services
• To provide Operational Support for Application Systems (eg. Library Management System (LMS)).
• Provision of resources, expertise and solutions in information technology to ensure that the existing computer systems continue to meet the intended functionalities and objectives

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an on-site Technical support role
• Knowledge of IT networking with understanding of TCP/IP internetworking fundamentals, and good command of Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft Office suite and e-mail support the ability to handle Level 2 support
• Basic knowledge of ITIL process such as Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Technical knowledge to install systems, upgrade and repair software and hardware
• Hands-on knowledge on DHCP, file/print services, registry modification, VB scripting, and use of other desktop tools would be essential
• Good communications skills, both oral and written

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day installation and maintenance of services, within compliance to the safety regulations,Offsite backup tape maintenance

iPort operations maintenance support includes:

• Cranes maintenance - visual checks on network devices, power cable, UTP, fibre for any physical damages and checking for fibre losses
• Lighting mast maintenance – to facilitate the lowering of lighting mast together with other counterparts
• Onsite power maintenance – checks on cables for loose ends and make sure equipment are powered after any power maintenance.
• iCabling Works including terminating of low voltage single phase electrical power (ceeforms) cables, fiber optic cable and structure cabling related which closely related to data centre operations across
• Supervise and escort contractors to facilitate replacement of hardware/ equipment i.e. network switches and servers.
• Involve in relocation/ redeployment/ movement of hardware/equipment i.e. network switches and servers from premise to premise
• Basic network and PC troubleshooting
• Co-ordinate with end user from Business Units to resolve issues and also provide and restore in-scope services.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of working experience in the telecommunications/ data centre related industry in the operational field OR
• Possess a Certificate from Institute of Technical Education ("ITE') in a relevant course
• Class 3 driving license for vehicles and be able to work independently without supervision.
