Responsibilities

• Support and provide mechanical engineering design
• Handle design works and/or project management relevant to ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing.
• Supervise and coach a team of engineers in mechanical services for the project from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion
• Act as either Project Manager or Team Leader in projects.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering with PEB Singapore
• Candidate must have min 6 years of relevant working experience in design engineering of ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services with Engineering Consultancies in Singapore
• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems and drive programs to successful completion
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (LTA / PUB / BCA)
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be added advantage

This is a role requires a driven and detailed individual, with expertise in finance, accounting, reporting and experience with managing statutory requirements as such year-end audit, GST submission and year-end tax filing. This is a hands-on role as you will be required to take on detailed budget submissions, preparing financial reports etc.

The role has a high visibility to Management and opportunity to drive process improvements and manage outsourcing to shared services centre in Guangzhou.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively lead the accounting function, ensuring timely period end close, preparation and submission of reports, review of balance sheet schedules and reconciliations. Ensure all month end journals are recorded, and management reports prepared and submitted on time.

2. Review all intercompany reconciliations, oversee the management and resolution of discrepancies.

3. Oversee the Accounts Payable function, cashflow projections and payment runs.

4. Plan and manage the year end audits to ensure timely completion and filing of accounts. Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensure statutory deadlines are met.

5. Participate in the half yearly forecast exercise, co-ordinate data uploading from Project Finance, aggregate Company level submissions, compile and prepare the respective reports required for the review and submission.

6. Manage queries from Group companies and Asia HQ and resolve issues.

7. Review project backlog tabulation and phasing regularly. Highlight areas for follow-up and work with Project Finance on team on updates.

8. Participate actively and work closely with business leaders to support business improvements and Project Finance team on project related matters.

9. Support the team on their career and professional development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with at least 5 years in a related role. Good knowledge of GST, withholding tax and corporate tax.
• Experience with handling budget and reporting for multiple cost centres and divisions within a single company. Prior working experience in a service-related organization or construction industry will be advantageous.
• Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Self-motivated, meticulous, keen attention to details and comfortable with handling detailed and voluminous financial reports and committed to deadlines.
• Applied knowledge of Oracle, EPM and Hyperion Financial Management and advanced EXCEL skills.

This is dynamic business partner role supporting the project leaders on project financials and performance. You will work closely with the project teams on project related matters and the GL team during month end close to ensure accurate recording of costs and revenue. You will take the lead on budget preparation for projects under your charge and assist with audit queries during the year end audit. Responsibilities:

1. Undertake take role of Business Partner of an assigned business unit and work closely with the respective business units on their accounting and reporting requirements.

2. Review contracts, understand key terms and conditions, fee basis, billing milestones and billing mechanisms. Actively drive WIP, AR management, ensuring timely billings and collections as projects progress for projects assigned.

3. Ensure project account setup on accounting system is adequately structured for cost monitoring, billing and collection purposes.

4. Review on a monthly basis, project cost charges and investigate variances. Prepare accrual lists for accrual of project costs.

5. Support Senior Project Finance leads on preparation of monthly project reports and assist with the preparation of detailed analyses when required.

6. Support Senior Projects Finance leads on preparation of budgets, rolling forecasts, cost projections and keeping costs up to date. Monitor risk and opportunities and quantify costs and revenue impact.

7. Good understanding of project accounting, costs to complete projections, revenue recognition.

8. Assist with the monthly preparation of Division reports and identify areas for improvement, digitalization.

Requirements:

• Keen interest in business partnering and project accounting. Meticulous with a keen eye for details, and comfortable with high volume, detailed hands-on work.
• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or Diploma in Accounting and currently pursuing higher accounting qualifications, with at least 5 years’ experience in a related role.
• Systematic, organized and meticulous, and able to manage multi stakeholders
• Strong EXCEL skills a must, with some financial modelling experience

Requirement:

Job Description

• Undertake detailed design in one or more of the following field of expertise: Civil (drainage, sewage), Bridge/Tunnel, Underground Excavation and Tunnelling works

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent
