Reporting line:Reporting to higher level: Singapore General Manager
Location: Tuas Biomedical Park
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for internal operations management to meet demands from business units through formulating and reviewing of the company’s various administrative management systems, policies and procedures.
2) Responsible for negotiation and liaison with vendors and government agencies within the admin scope.
3) Responsible for ensuring administration controls / matters are in compliance with law and the company’s policies and procedures.
4) Responsible for cooperating with intermediaries, suppliers, consulting agencies, etc. to follow up on the construction and operations of start-up facilities.
5) Support General Manager to coordinate with internal functions including ENG, IT, Admin, EHS, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, etc. to build the local new site start from scratch.
6) Responsible for regular administration work scope including catering, transportation, reception, etc.
7) Responsible for supporting the training programs administration and facilitate the government training requirements subsidies / grants, etc.
8) Responsible for coordinating and implementing all employee engagement activities and the yearly communications plan, in partnership with HR department.
9) Responsible for the management, control and utilization of the administration budget.
10) Responsible for the onboarding of new employees relating to the administration scope, such as access rights to the office, facilities, issuing of office equipment etc.
11) Responsible for the dissemination of information to be communicated to employees such as bulletin boards, intranet, etc. covering only the administration scope.
Requirements:
· Fully understand Singapore local regulations and policy to apply to the new site establishment.
· At least 7 years of relevant work experience, with 3 years of supervisory experience. (Government service background is preferred).
· Familiarity with CRO & CDMO industry, have a comprehensive understanding of industry development is preferred.
· Strong communication skills to leverage internal resource as well as external key stakeholders.
· Extensive communications with stakeholders in China, ability to speak and write in Mandarin fluently to liaise and work with Mandarin-speaking internal and external partners.
· Strong capacities of problem-solving and multitasking to deal with different kinds of missions.
