Position Title: Project PDelivery Manager, Implementation of Supply chain Trading and Risk management Platform

Reports to: Direct of Professional Service

When you join Xceler you become part of one of the most dynamic supply chain trading and risk management company. The position is with the solutions implementation team, responsible to deploy the Xceler Saas in the agreed time and effort.

Job Summary

The position sits within the Professional services, a team that is responsible to deploy and custom solution for the client within supply chain trading and risk management.
The Project delivery Manager, collaborate in the SOW, prepares prject plan, hands on understanding of requirements and understand the Xceler platform and help in executin the project end to end.

This role requires a high level of ownership and independence, critical and creative thinking and excellent organizing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Liaise independently with Sales and Clients to obtain and clarify project requirements
• Communicate regularly with Sales and Clients to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed.
• Ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Xceler Project management plan, SOW and other contractual obligations.
• Provide quotes and assist with RFPs, SOW and any contractual documents
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle
• Facilitate training to remote teams and internal team members on screening/remediation practices and procedures
• Responsible for developing methodologies and processes relating to report intake and delivery and client/sales communication in agreement with the Manager & Xceler Product management team
• Perform quality control on any work done by counterparts and project teams
• Track and document KPI’s
• Responsible for planning resources

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience working with large project, managing multiple stakeholders
• Handled projects independently along with managing client/sales relationships
• A strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment

Role Description

We are looking for candidates who can drive the growth of product adoption in the region. As a business Analyst at Xceler, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, proposing solutions, and collaborating with Product, engineering & business stakeholders.

Your role will involve specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, coordinating user acceptance tests, and supporting effective client release.

You will also be involved in incident and request management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
