The Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll lead Customer-facing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. You'll support the Commercial team in pre-sales and post-sales Customer Integration, enhancing the Organization's competitiveness. Additionally, you'll align and execute global initiatives, providing ongoing post-project support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales support: Lead IT-related sales presentations to customers.
• Design shipment management solutions meeting customers’ integration requirements, including networking and infrastructure requirements, and formulate IS solution costing for business decisions.
• Participate in customers’ RFI/RFQ and develop questionnaires on IT-related requirements.
• Lead project planning, scope identification, and stakeholder identification for customer-facing IT projects. Manage delivery and deployment of Customer IT Integration solutions by closely collaborating with customers daily, representing the business sponsor, and ensuring on-time, budget, and quality delivery of all project elements.
• Manage projects and report regularly against the project plan to ensure project progress visibility.
• Provide post-implementation support to customers with quality service on customer-facing IT applications and resolve issues for customer-facing IT Integration projects.
• Coordinate with global/regional Business IT country coordination and domains, CIS, ITSC account management, and Solution support.
• Assist sales and customer IS requirements through project plan development.
• Support Global/Regional Customer IT programs or integration projects deployment.
• Address business or customer pain points to a resolution to ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Provide sustainable Customer-facing IT solutions and align with the global/regional roadmap as appropriate.
• Provide training to the Customer Facing IT team to ensure technical competence to support customers.
• Manage external suppliers, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, establishment of service level agreements including service performance standards, monitoring, and performance follow-up.
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or experience in IT integration is preferred.
