Job Scope

- Day to day operation of the office.

- Perform general office administrative support, filing and organising documents, data-entry, etc.

- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.

- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Qualifications & Experience (Fluent in Chinese is a must)​​​​​​​

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software

- Excellent co-ordination and organization skills self-motivated, initiative, good ability to prioritise tasks quickly and effectively.

- Good in written and spoken Chinese and English.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope

• Support in developing and executing strategies to drive business in new markets.

• Building and managing a sales network.

• Handle day to day operations for purchasing, new product sourcing and/or supplier quality management.

• Invite quotations, evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service/support, availability, eligibility, production capabilities, supplier's reputation/history and complete purchase requisitions for approval.

• Maintain and review from time to time an efficient and effective supplier base that best supports the business and operational requirements.

• Ensure cost-effective products and services are provided to the business with consistent quality.

• Ensure discrepancies in purchases, purchase orders and invoices are reconciled at end month to process payment to suppliers.

• Prepare and follow up purchase orders and expedite delivery.

• Review monthly orders .

• Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective goods or services and determine corrective action.

Requirement of Company

• Strong English and Chinese reading and writing ability.
