General Cleaning, maintenance of stall hygiene, and cleanliness.
Know how to cook all different chinese food.
Display positive and professional attitude at all times
Must comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food hygiene guidelines at all times.
Ensure to do stock take and receive all in coming ingredients.
Keep track of all ingredient in fresh condition.
