Are you passionate about design, colors, and transforming spaces? We are looking for a Project Associate to join our Commercial & Exhibition team. No prior experience is required—this is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job while contributing to exciting home improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Color Selection and Matching:
2) Follow company guidelines to select paint colors and match shades according to specified color charts.
3) Assist clients in choosing the right colors and finishes to achieve their desired aesthetic.
4) Project Coordination:
a) Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution, from planning to completion.
b) Monitor project timelines and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
5) Material Management:
a) Manage and maintain painting materials, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
b) Conduct minor maintenance or repairs of tools when required.
6) Customer Engagement:
a) Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.
b) Support efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
7) Market Expansion Support:
a) Assist in opening new markets, particularly targeting Vietnamese-speaking communities.
b)Communicate effectively with clients and team members in Vietnamese (preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements:
