1.Handle and manage Accounts Receivables Function.

2.Update and maintain accounting journals.

3.Daily entry of receipts into the accounting system.

4.Process staff expense claims.

5.Ensure entries are charged to the correct account codes.

6.Handle customer's queries on the daily financial transactional activities.

7.Ensure timely and accurate report submission.

8.Generate monthly accounts receivables report.

9.Assist Finance Manager in other areas of accounting whenever necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Set priorities and contingency plans to maintain effectiveness given the limitation of budget constraints
• Propose and respond to client requests for any additional work required, and ensures that all variation orders are feasible and capable of being completed on time and within budget
• Monitor the project costs to ensure the profitability and legal compliance of the overall project
• Analyze and optimize project cash flow, revenue, margins, and bill rates variation
• Report to Managing Director

Job Requirement:

• More than 10 years’ façade project management experience
• Good in planning and cost management
• Have good presentation skills to effectively convey your ideas to clients and contractors
• Highly motivated and a good team player
• Dynamic with excellent communication and time management skills.

• To handle all Work Permit-related matters ie application/renewal/cancellation/replacement of Work Permit etc
• To handle workers’ matters ie training arrangements, prepare contracts, home leave arrangement, dormitory administration, worker insurance, petty cash submission, etc
• To liaise with government authority ie MOM pertaining to worker matters
• Strong communication competency
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Other ad-hoc admin duties
• Prepare management reports and monthly reporting
• Prepare GST reconciliation and submission of GST return quarterly
• Liaise with a tax agent, auditor, and company secretary
• Assist in group reporting and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
