Job description
- This job position is fully commission base (Profit sharing)
- Set up meetings with clients directly to understand theirs requirements and needs
- Propose the best space planning, layout plans and design for the clients
- Prepare and present the quotation and design to the clients
- Coordinate and work closely with the suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality of works and timeline to be meet according to the schedule
- Project management and site supervision
- Update clients on the work progress regularly
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, and hardworking
- Creative and able to work independently
