Role Overview:
We're seeking passionate Solutions Consultants with backgrounds in Salesforce to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable and robust solutions on the Salesforce platform, helping to shape the future of business-first solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions on Salesforce Platform
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce-based applications, including integrations with third-party systems, using Apex, LWC, Data Cloud, Einstein AI and other Salesforce technologies
- Assist with deployment activities, including change sets, Salesforce CLI, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Contribute to the development of our product roadmap
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce, data & AI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including lightning flow, Apex, LWC, & platform administration.
- Experience with other technologies (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for innovation and a desire to shape the future of AI in business
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Admin, App Builder, Developer, Data Cloud) is a plus but not a must.
