Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service.
• Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests and feedbacks received via phone and e-mails.
• Work well with overseas relocation team to ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree, preferably with discipline in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Preferably having 2 to 3 years and above in sales experience in relocation services and/or logistics.
• Candidate must have prior “hunter” sales experience.
• Candidate must have an excellent sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidate must have a pleasant demeanour and a positive attitude.
• Able to work with all levels of people with diverse cultures/backgrounds.

Specific Responsibilities:

• draft, review and revise various types of agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements and outsourcing agreements;
• respond to inquiries from the Company’s business divisions in relation to the various legal matters, such as interpretation of existing agreements, legality of new business opportunities or changes in laws and regulations that may affect business;
• draft, review and maintain compliance related documents, such as company regulations and policies;
• advise on and assist in handling claims from or disputes with customers, service providers, and/or suppliers;
• organize and conduct in-house training for the Company;
• liaise with Japan HQ’s legal department and business departments for global transactions and advise on legal risks and issues;
• prepare responses to various surveys initiated by Japan HQ; and assist other divisions in the company in any way required.

Specific Responsibilities:

• License to practice law or a law degree
• Ability to review and draft English agreements without any supervision
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a corporate/commercial department in a law firm in Singapore or a Singapore company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Native level English skills
• Independent and pro-active
• Willing to handle clerical work

Specific Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage large amounts of emails inquiries & incoming calls

• To co-ordinate and monitor daily air, ocean & cross-border trucking shipments with local customers and overseas agents.

• Handling / monitoring full set of accounts (GL / FA / AR / AP)

• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet & bank reconciliations and analysis

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalents.
• ACCA, CA, CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of accounting, general ledger experience.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Strong in Excel and Experience in SAP or SAP Business ByDesign is an advantage
• Strong knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
