2) At least 7 years relevant experience
3) Below 40years of age
4) Good stamina, able to climb stairs at site
5) Do not mind working under the sun
6) May need to work on weekends
7) Very organised
8) Can work under stress
9) Able to communicate with different level of people
10) Able to solve problems and independent
