Job Descriptions:
- Provide admin and operation support to the financial advisor and manager (paperwork submission and filing.)
- Handling client’s queries (customer service) and communicate with clients and fund manager / insurance manager
- Provide personal assistant such as making travel arrangements for the manager especially including apply Visa.
- Update calendar events and details.
- Other Adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year Admin / Operations working experience
- Experienced with insurance / banking finance / asset management
- Familiar with tech savvy skills such as encrypt / descript documents, Searching solutions from Internet / any other platform.
- Able to utili OneDrive & Dropbox.
- Able to collect fund details from different platforms and carry out analysis and summary.
- Fluent in Mandarin / English oral and writing communication.
- Able to take initiative to gather assigned task info, such as due date and priority.
- No work pass issue.
- Required language(s): English and Chinese (both written and speaking)
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and other office tools
- Marketing and business development skills set are plus points.
