• General Administrative duties and task
• Preparing quotation, schedules & service reports.
• Email & Admin support for site team.
• Ability to understand AutoCAD, Layout plans with some knowledge of construction/installation methods.
• To check if there is a new tender daily and prepare documents for tender submission.
• Scheduling workers for servicing & inspection for vehicle.
• Prepare required certifications and ensure all the requirements are met for road tax renewal.
• Liaise with insurance agent with the vehicle insurance.
• Liaise with LTA officers when required.
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
• Update leaves & medical certificate for local workers on QuickHR.
• Calculating hours of work done by local worker for payroll purposes.
• Answering calls for general enquiries.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
