Supervise and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site.
Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
Review work progress on a daily basis and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and site management.
• Diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Certification in site management and safety training.
