Hiring, training, and scheduling spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, and support personnel.
Ensuring staff is adhering to company standards and offering high-quality customer service.
Managing performance and providing regular feedback to employees.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Overseeing the daily operations, including managing spa appointments, treatments, and customer flow.
Ensuring spa equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized.
Managing inventory of spa products and supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Ensuring that the spa complies with local health, safety, and legal regulations.
Managing spa certification and licenses.
Overseeing cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the spa.
Working Location:
North Bridge Rd, Singapore 198736 (MRT” Lavender, Jalan Besar, Nicoll Highway, Bencoolen)
Working Hour:
6 days work week, 10 - 12 hours

Requirements:
Able to work on public holidays
Able to work 6 days a week
Able to work and stand for long hours
Cannot reject assigned clients / jobs
Proficient knowledge of foot reflexology, Tui Na massage, body oil massage, sports and/or deep tissue massage.
Decent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent people skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients.
Experience: Several years of experience in spa operations, wellness services, or hospitality, often with a background in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field.
Leadership Skills: Strong management skills to lead a team and ensure high standards.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive experience for clients.
