Job Description
· Efficiently manage and process orders across multiple channels, including e-commerce platforms and B2B clients, ensuring accuracy & timely fulfillment.
· Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock levels in inventory management system. Identify and report discrepancies or low stock situations.
· Coordinate with Store and Logistics team to ensure order fulfillment/delivery.
· Coordinate & manage incoming shipments.
· Handle basic customer inquiries related to orders and stock availability.
· Able to communicate well (e.g., phone calls, chat / SMS, emails)
· Collect mails and documents; assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
· Support other operational tasks as needed.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
· Able to work independently.
· Create and maintain good working relationships
Requirements:·
· Minimum 1 year working experience.
· Minimum 'N' level holder
· Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be a fast learner and able to multi-task
· Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Ability to work under own initiative
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Strong problem-solving capabilities
· Computer literacy
· Working Hours: 8am-5.15pm (Mon-Fri)
