Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Regional Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving growth and expanding business in China. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing business opportunities in China for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth between Singapore and China.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the China market, including educational institutions, government agencies, and industry associations.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of trends.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our organization's products and services to potential customers in China.
• Lead sales efforts to secure new business and partnerships with key accounts in China.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports related to business operations in China.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in driving growth and expanding business in China.
• Strong understanding of the culture in China
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, due to chinese speaking clients.
