• Oversee the migration, upgrade, configuration, and administration of EAI platforms in AWS environments. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide technical support for EAI platforms, addressing issues promptly and efficiently in both Production and non-Production environments.
• Ensure that all platforms meet IT compliance requirements, including adherence to security policies, audits, and best practices
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes such as deployments, scaling and system monitoring.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations, processes, and procedures related to the EAI platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Security, and Application Development, to ensure seamless integration and support of EAI solutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform performance and reliability, and lead initiatives to implement improvements

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Min 1 year relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Application Integration middleware and technologies.
• Proven experience in setting up and administering AWS services, or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of IT compliance frameworks and best practices in cloud environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in automating platform operations to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certifications would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Working with a back-office development team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the software solution for a high volume and performance intensive back office a payment system

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

• Requirements gathering;
• Design, development, and maintenance of the software;
• Preparation and submission of deliverables throughout the software development lifecycles such as Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture Document, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Codes, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manual and others documents as required in the standard adopted by the Authority;
• Assist the Authority with day-to-day application support issues; and
• Liaise with users on the requirement, design and testing issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recognised degree in Computer Science, IT or engineering with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in software development;
• Gone through at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with experience in producing SDLC documentations;
• Extensive experience in analysing requirements, designing, development and delivering complex enterprise applications on UNIX / LINUX and Windows environment;
• Strong Database and SQL knowledge for writing complex queries and performance tuning;
• Extensive experience in Data Engineering and BI tools like IBM DataStage, Informatica, Cognos Analytics, Power BI;
• Strong understanding of OLAP, ETL/ELT and BI design concepts and best practices;
• Exposure in Cloud Data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift will be an advantage.
