1. Maintain tunnel washer, washer extractor and dryers to keep laundry machinary and equipment in operational condition.
2. Follow standard routine system check procedure.
3. Follow regular maintenance programme procedure.
4. Perform troubleshoot-ing, repair and servicing procedure.
5. Upkeep spare parts inventory records.
6. Manage machinery cleaning and housekeep-ing of maintenance, repair and servicing tools.

Job Requirement

1. At least a Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics, or other Engineering-related field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience. Preferred in laundry or manufacturing industry.

Job responsibilities

· Develop, manage and maintain good customer account relationship between Zero Spot and corporate clients (existing & potential).

· Achieving volume, profitability and customer satisfaction KPIs by management.

· Generate new business through innovative strategies, negotiate deal terms.

· Conflict Resolution – Quickly assesses escalated problems from clients, takes ownership and hands-on approach to work together with Operations to resolve issues.

· Attend to the customers’ requirements and enquiries.

· Provide assistance to other team members as required.

· Tender and provide quotation for new/ renew contracts.

· Do inventory count at hotels for rental customers.

· Visit the customers.

· Handle customer compensation issues.

· Handle customer purchase of linen/ towels.
