About the role
Zerotone Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Planner (American/English) to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Provide individualised support and guidance to help students reach their full potential
- According to the information provided by the student, guide the student to choose schools and prepare application materials, and complete the application for schools and other related matters
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, arrange and host monthly planning meetings to discuss student cases every week, and actively lead the administrative instructors to learn professional knowledge related to planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your practice
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Proficency in writing application essays for the top 20 American universities.
- Responsible for handling consulting work, actively communicating with students and parents, answering questions encountered by students and parents at any time, and providing them with comprehensive school information consultation
- Responsible for in-depth exploration of each student's characteristics, background information and other information, maintaining a high degree of professionalism, and according to the applied major and school, combined with the actual situation of the students, formulate a series of activity implementation plans and targeted study plans abroad, actively explore and organize the writing materials of the application documents, and assist students in completing the creation, modification and optimization of documents to match the school's talent portrait.
- Coordinate students during the application season, carry out student application matters, interview counseling and other related matters, and implement student-related activity lists, online application content
What we're looking for
- Degree in Education or a related field
- English/America Education Planer
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a primary/secondary school setting
- Professional English level 8 or above, TOEFL 110 or IELTS 7.5 or above is preferred
- Familiar with the application process and requirements of the United States, and domestic 985/211 colleges and the top American universities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to independently handle the application for studying abroad and follow-up work with students
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using Office software
- Quick thinking, good service awareness and communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong teamwork and coordination skills, strong affinity, so as to provide customers with high-quality services
Priority will be given to those,
1) Who have channels, school representatives and student resources.
2) With successful cases in the top 20 of US undergraduate programs, familiar with the application process and requirements for US undergraduate programs.
3) Priority will be given to those who have studied abroad
