Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians & operators to operate waste/wastewater treatment plant
• Supervise and perform day-to-day operation following the SOP, Work-Place Safety EHS rules and regulations
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Prevent, identify, and solve process and plant problems
• Maintain proper material inventory and records of the treatment plant operation parameters and feedstock and product properties
• Carry out routine plant maintenance as instructed
• Prepare operation and incident report for any accident, near miss or unusual incident/observation
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for their services and monitor their works
• Any other works assigned by supervisor

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Environmental or other related Engineering major from a recognized polytechnic/university
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Able to work on night shift and weekends when needed
• Previous experience in waste/wastewater treatment plant is preferred
• Singapore driving license would be an advantage
• Able to use AutoCAD would be an advantage

Requirements & Qualification

• Min. 5 years’ experience in welding & fitting
• Able to read construction drawings and work independently
• Workers who having welder certification of 3G/4G/6G
• Able to conduct stainless steel piping welding, shielded metal arc welding, ARC, TIG & MIG welding, gas cutting & grinding
• Able to assemble parts by bolting and riveting
• Able to communicate effectively with team members
• Preferred to be able to drive vehicle and forklift

Roles & Responsibilities

• Repair and fabricate bins, racks and containers
• Welding of support on all mechanical equipment and their connections, pumps, conveyors, gearbox and etc. in plant as per schedule and upon breakdown
• In-house welding, fabrication and plumbing works as per requirements by operation
• Attend any mechanical breakdown immediately and able to work on night shift
• Installation, modification and fabrication of new equipment and machines in plant needed by operation
• Minimize equipment break down and down time by doing proper and effective maintenance & repairs by problem identification and problem solving
• Inspect welded joints regularly both visually and using testing methods
• Perform routine welding equipment maintenance/repairs
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
