Responsibilities:

• Create initial design sketches and computer-generated 2D and 3D visualizations.
• Developing 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects.
• Produce accurate technical drawings for construction purposes.
• Propose design solutions that exceed client briefs and push creative boundaries.
• Create 3D images, motion graphics, and interactive objects using CAD software
• Maintain workflow according to project schedules, meeting various tasks and deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in 3D graphic design, engineering, architecture, or related field
• Minimum three years of computer graphics experience in 3D animation/3D modeling, graphic design, digital modeling, or visualization
• Relevant portfolio of 3D modeling
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup/3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, etc.

Lindner Facades Asia Pte Ltd (LFA) was successfully re-launched in May 2019, as part of the Lindner Steel & Glass operation. Located in Singapore, LFA will be used as a base to promote and secure projects for LFA and Lindner Group in the vast and promising Asian market.

Our projects will cover the Asian markets, which include India, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. Enquires have also been received from Cambodia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

LFA offers pre-sales consultation and planning advice, design and engineering, project management and planning, fabrication and installation. Employing a team of highly skilled, well-trained and extensive experience when it comes to LFA’S unique selling point in delivering turnkey projects with complex steel and glass, facades, skylights, curtain wall and building envelopes.

Duties and Responsibility

· Create & develop 3D model either from scratch or existing supplied 2D CAD or PDF drawings.

· Generate & update 3D-based plans, diagrams, sections, elevations and details that can be used as design analysis, tender drawing, drawing for Authority submission, shop drawing, fabrication drawing, or as built drawing.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

· Must have sound knowledge in Façade design.

· Experience in Rhino & Grasshopper is must. Knowledge in BIM software is added advantage.

· Must familiar with façade design development and basic knowledge of façade works related fabrication.

· Must have a good time management.

· Must be able to work with minimum supervision

· Must be a team player and with good working attitude

· 3+ years as computational Modeller and 5+ years as façade designer.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new customers and set up face to face appointments.
• Demonstrate drive and grit to meet established sales targets.
• Generate revenue growth by consistently deliver post-sales satisfaction, managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Able to deal with objections, negotiate and close sales
• Collaborate with internal sales manager to monitor funnels.
