Your areas of focus will be:

• Ideate, conceptualize, and design proposals that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project briefs and objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Create initial design sketches and develop computer-generated 2D and 3D visualizations that bring concepts to life
• Produce accurate technical drawings for construction purposes, ensuring feasibility and precision in execution
• Attend regular meetings with the creative team to discuss project progress, share ideas, and seek feedback
• Work closely with the in-house production team to ensure the seamless execution of designs and deliver high-quality output
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management skills and meeting tight deadlines
• Display initiative, working both individually and as part of a collaborative team. Propose design solutions that not only meet but exceed client briefs, demonstrating creativity and innovation
• Maintain workflow according to project schedules, ensuring that various tasks and deadlines are met consistently

You will need:

• At least 2 years of related experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, build, or luxury projects
• Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for interior design and luxury aesthetics
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, etc.
• A strong sense of composition, realism, texture, color, lighting, and unwavering attention to detail. Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficiently In-depth understanding of the events and creative industry, current trends, and emerging technologies

Job Description:

Koei Tecmo Singapore is looking to field an experienced Effects Artist with design and technical knowledge to handle projects and create effects assets for use in cutscenes as well as in gameplay, ranging from realistic console games, to anime-styled mobile games.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Team Lead, Art Director, Designers and team members to produce effects for projects within the allocated technical budget and predefined art direction/style.
• Manage the quality of external studios and off-shore teams.
• Guide and mentor junior members to improve their work quality and proficiency.
• Manage cost and deadlines, delegate work and check deliverables independently to ensure entrusted project is delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in relevant effects design working experience. Game development is a plus. (Minimum 5+ years of experience for Senior role.)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership position or possess strong management skills.
• Able to work in a team, with good leadership skills and the ability to delegate accordingly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with members across both art and technical teams.
• Have a good awareness of timing and cinematography, coupled with knowledge on color design and compositional balance.
• The ability to adapt to different styles of effects based off the project’s requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of effects production process.
• Experience in 3D modelling.
• Proficiency in Unity, as well as the adaptability and flexibility to pick up and learn new tools such as our propriety engine. Experience in Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Good understanding of recent art trends in the game industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist for the end to end outlet renovation projects and its maintenance duties.
• Project duties including but not limited to on outlet design, site coordination, source for quotations, develop a schedule for project completions, involve in licensing applications, liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as contractors/ vendors/workers, mall management and suppliers.
• Design outlet layout and floor planning using 3D Max and Autocad.
• Monitor the schedule regularly and ensure completion of projects in time.
• Support the team for existing projects.
• Handle regular maintenance, ad-hoc repair, and renewal of outlet equipment (E.g. fire extinguisher, air-conditioning) promptly, to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise and coordinate with operations employees and external contractors/vendors for repair and maintenance works.
• Attend to urgent ad-hoc facilities matters as and when required
• Develop and update renovation projects reports, repair and maintenance costing reports.
• Handle administrative duties that is related to project team and maintenance work (eg, assets management, claim invoice through internal ERP system, filing and etc).
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or relevant field.
• Proficient in 3D Max and Auto Cad.
• Experience in renovation works and project management would have an added advantage.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Leading 3D Visualizer Team, managing projects timeline, administer creative control, and provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
• Work closely with Designers to produce compelling 3D graphic representation in a graphic form, photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations based on concept and initial design intent.
• Efficient in modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages.
• Advanced production scene including compositing 2D and 3D image, finishing and retouching, texturing, lighting, camera animation on 3D renderings and walk-through projects.
• Development of a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.
• Capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with designers
• Meticulous and knowledgeable in post-production to enhance visuals/walk-through.

Requirements

• Creative & innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts & prepare efficient layout solutions
• Minimum 5 years of experience as 3D Visualizer in corporate office interiors and good understanding of design (image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture, fixtures)
• Adaptable and demonstrate a keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative
• Proficient in 3dsMax, Vray, Sketchup, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Possess and communicate strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
• Ability to lead/co-lead designs and projects
