RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing application support for sales and services to clients and our staff;
• Supporting the sales team on the samples
• Any other duties as assigned by the company.
• Assist to manage the entire design process from preparing concept to final artwork according to artwork within deadlines
• Liaise with associates to ensure the artworks meet their requirements
• Visualize, design and conceptualize
• Conceptualizing ideas, work on graphic, 2D or 3D to create an wow factor for client

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Art/Design/Creative Multimedia equivalent;
• Basic experience in graphic design
• proficient in working knowledge in Illustrator, AutoCAD, CorelDraw

• Mentor interactive development of reports and serve as brand’s interactive evangelist;
• Keep supervisor(s) briefed on creative projects in a timely manner;
• Demonstrate ability to design and advocate from the user’s perspective;
• Help interview, train and orient new team members to the agency, department, and account(s) at the direction of supervisor;
• Execute and direct interactive art for online campaigns and provide guidance in understanding these materials when appropriate;
• Demonstrate good problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
• Assist other members of department/team as needed when workload allows;
• Provide constructive, ongoing feedback to direct reports as well as completing annual performance reviews;

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs and concepts.
• Required to work closely with the operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.
• Must play an active role in providing creative ideas.
• Must participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes.
• Participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects.
• Follow through the projects from beginning to the end ensuring the highest quality standards.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the event, interior design or exhibi- tion industries.
• Proficient in Studio Max, Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD.
• Creative individual with good design flair.
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Do take note of the following:

• 5.5 days work week, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Mon-Fri), 9.00 am to 1pm (Sat)

· Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and extracting production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.

· Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose and ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)

· To co-cordinate with Project Manager on site that all drawings and all work are carried out accordingly

· Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering / M&E qualification

· Proficient in Revit and Autocad software

· Minimium 1 year BIM Modelling experience in building construction and project execution

· Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new and existing process procedures and workflows

· Ability to work in a fast paced organisation
