Job Description

We are looking for a talented and innovative Interior 3D Visualiser to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision and technical expertise in 3D modeling and rendering. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations of interior spaces for various projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. Your work will help communicate design concepts and inspire clients through stunning and realistic imagery.

Key Responsibilities

· Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings of interior spaces using industry-standard software (SketchUp).

· Collaborate with interior designers to understand project requirements and design intent.

· Develop and apply textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic effects in renderings.

The Role:

The Studio Artist (Mechanical Artist) is responsible for localising print mechanicals. You will develop accurate and high quality artwork for production assignments to incorporate in final layout. You will need to be able to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines whilst still delivering work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building and prepping mechanical files for release to production using Adobe Creative Suite software
• Liaise with Project Management and Print Production teams on print preparation
• While honoring the design intent as much as possible, the mechanical artist will be responsible for the iteration and versioning of localized artwork files
• Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
• Manage a high-volume workload, including foreign language versions, if required

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in packaging, printing technology, graphics arts or at least 3-5 years of equivalent experience providing production support (print and digital) to art directors and designers within an in-house creative team or studio
• Experienced in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

What does a Senior Screen Artist do at Hogarth?

As Senior Screen Artist, you'd work with our Project Managers to adapt versions of visual master assets with Photoshop, to be featured on all marketing communication materials for our client's markets in the region.

• Build adapted versions of visual assets in a Photoshop/AI format, with extensive usage and application of "Smart Objects”, “Layer Styles”, and “Adjustment Layers.”
• Receive localisation briefs from the Project Manager(s) and be able to convert an existing Photoshop asset into a specific language for the markets in your assigned region while maintaining the original level of quality and detail.
• Localise files with accurate formatting of copy provided by our global team.
• Photo retouching for all lifestyle images to be used for your assigned market(s) and ensuring that the imagery displayed is both germane and licensed to the country in which it will appear.
• Sync up with the global team on software updates and technical requirements.
• Adhere to an exact and established graphic production process, which includes maintaining consistency in font usage, colour profiles, filename conventions, structuring of archived assets, and handing-off localised assets.
• Memorise localisation guidelines and actively be on the lookout for any asset that falls out of given guideline.
• Ensure and manage the consistency of assets organised on the server.

Requirements

Each project is likely to last between 3-5 weeks and would most likely require the team to work full days on-site at the office in Singapore for the duration of each project.

• Experience in graphic production at a design firm, ad agency or interactive shop
• Flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop/Illustrator
• Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including website builds, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing

• Conduct cutting-edge research and development on LLM-based 3D animation generation algorithms, including but not limited to requirement analysis, conceptual research, data collection, algorithm development, and verification. Identify and solve algorithmic technical problem.
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies in the field and integrate them into existing pipelines to improve the smoothness, rationality, environmental awareness, and interactivity of generated animations.
• Integrate large language models with 3D animation generation to expand the current application scenarios and interactivity of generated animation.
• Ensure the smooth delivery of the related products and propose new landing directions based on industry trends.

Job Requirements:
• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering fields
• 1-5 years of research or development experience in relevant fields, including but not limited to: generative AI (images, videos, animations), multimodal large language models, animation interpolation and optimization, motion/gesture/expression recognition, AR/VR, NeRF/3D Gaussians. Priority will be given to those who have published papers in relevant academic conferences and journals as the first author, such as Siggraph, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, etc.
• Proficiency in one of the AI development frameworks TensorFlow/PyTorch, with experience in computer vision and AI algorithm development; familiarity with generative networks (such as VAE, Diffusion, GAN).
• Familiarity with basic computer graphics knowledge, understanding of character animation driving methods. Familiar with mainstream 3D animation editing and rendering software such as Blender, Maya, UE, or Unity.
• Strong independent thinking and development skills, and willingness to collaborate with the team.
