About the role

1) Perform lobbying actions

• Identify Key Account targets based in Asia Pacific region, identify decision-makers and specifiers and achieve the widest knowledge possible (activities, subsidiaries, decision structures…) for Industrial accounts

2) Commercialize and argue Bollore Logistics sales offer

• Represent CEVA Logistics to lead and participate in tender process (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
• Sell the whole CEVA Logistics services supported by internal expertise
• Promote CEVA Logistics services and key Asia stations and regions

3) Provide consistent tariff offers

• Determine a tariff policy in conjunction with Middle Office and Regional Sales Management and a consistent organization between various implicated sites

4) Service support

5) Synthetize information through reporting

• Participate in a 3-month job rotation at the front desk and conversion centers of our Singapore and/or Shanghai clinics, gaining direct experience in aesthetic clinic operations and customer service, essential for a comprehensive understanding of the client-facing aspects of the business, crucial for a marketing manager role.
• Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms in different languages, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat.
• Plan, execute, and manage Google SEM and SEO campaigns, including Youtube and various digital platforms, to incorporate Paid Media and Web Analytics.
• Leverage excellent communication skills to engage potential customers, turning inquiries into appointments or sales.
• Drive the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, enhancing customer interaction and service.
• Stay on the cutting edge by continuously learning and integrating new technologies, such as ChatGPT, into our marketing strategies.
• Work closely with in-house marketing and sales team to drive sales events, in-house marketing campaigns, and customers reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E commerce, Business or any related field. Applications from recent graduates are highly encouraged.
• Overall, at least 2 years of prior B2C experience in similar role is required. At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and Google Digital Ads, SEO, and SEM, ideally in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Expert in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch).
• Has general understanding of Shopify in terms of maintenance, launch, shop construction and admin system.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluent in both Eng and Chin, able to cater to English-speaking & PRC customers.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing.
• A willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

The Programmatic and Social Senior Account Manager owns the strategic planning and implementation for his/her assigned brand. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Programmatic and Social Senior Account Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in his/her portfolio and implement campaigns with the support of Campaign Specialists. This is a regional role in-charge of market/s within SEA, HK and TW.

You will be responsible for responding to briefs in a timely and efficient manner, providing detailed rationales and media plans, ensuring the correct setup and implementation, and providing direction and management to the Campaign Specialists.

The Programmatic and Social Senior Account Manager acts as the vertical expert specializing on programmatic and social digital channels. This role requires deep understanding of the product and latest innovations and within the area of expertise. He/She will be responsible for the articulation of the recommended strategies, best practices and guidelines, and providing opportunities for innovation.

The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Campaign Specialists to manage end-to-end execution of programmatic buys: understand business objectives and provide strategic recommendations as well as campaign set up, QA, analysis, and optimization.
• Partner with the larger delivery team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation.
• Provide regular insights to Agency account teams detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting in coordination with the Performance Lead and specialist teams.
• Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to provide content, discuss learnings and propose new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.
• Work closely with media partners in developing, articulating and onboarding Haleon brands to innovative projects and Alphas/Betas and position the brand as a leader within the space.
• Ensures that his/her Campaign Specialist team is fully trained on all aspects of campaign implementation, QA, reporting and insights generation.
