This person will be responsible for supporting the success of Growth clients’ Outbrain Amplify campaigns. A day in the life

• Support inbound leads and clients within APAC: Japan (60%), ANZ and SEA (40%)
• Manage client kick-off calls and onboarding processes to help educate them on Outbrain’s best practices and optimizations for campaign success
• Support the daily work flow of Growth client accounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-based insights to help clients with their strategy and optimization
• Manage and grow your own book of business by identifying opportunities and helping your clients achieve the best ROAS possible.

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or marketing
• Fluent and proficient in Japanese (as 60% of the existing clients are Japanese)
• Go-getter attitude; Hungry to interface with clients to achieve revenue goals through direct selling, upselling, and renewals.
• Analytical; Comfortable digging through data, manipulating it in excel, and drawing out impactful insights and trends for your clients.

The Job:

• Oversee the tracking of all outgoing shipments to guarantee timely execution and delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule export shipments to meet specified timelines

The Talent:
