• Play a major role in organizing, planning, developing, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and activities (business plan / sales forecast) in defined region. • Proactively identify, develop & nurturing new customers or new segments to seek out opportunity for expanding sales activities in defined region with the aim to provide quality products and services through innovation, learning and operational excellence while sustaining maximum value for our stakeholders.
• Drive efficiency of BD processes and enhance synergy across regions including collaboration with other internal functions (including cross regions Finance, SCM, SC Planning) and utilizing existing planning, monitoring and forecasting tools to achieve planned sales volumes as per budget.
