IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

• Define and put in place a structure to lead the strategy for GSI in the ASEAN region
• Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate the GSI business

• Manage a portfolio of high performing Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to achieve partnership goals including sales quotas, as well as technical and marketing activities

• Develop partner specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals, as well as marketing and enablement plans

• Adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measures
• Ensure that the partners maintain baseline training and knowledge of Snowflake, create joint solutions together built on Snowflake
• Align GTM strategy across various business segments in Snowflake with the appropriate GSI partners

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• 15+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development
• 5+ years of direct channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud , GSI or SaaS space
• Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels)
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
