• Review of fund requisitions (FRs) and final statement of accounts (FSOA
• Monitor FRs and FSOA for timely fund disbursements to grantees as well as timely receipt of funds from funding agencies
• Ensure timely submission of grant audit reports
• Prepare monthly budget utilisation reports
• Process and issue invoices, and ensure for subsequent receipts
• Vendor management and payment duties
• Maintain fixed assets records (asset capitalisation, RFID tagging, verification and disposal)
• Prepare and maintain General Ledger (GL),
• Performing bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, month end closing and financial year end closing
• Involved in internal and external audits, and AGO audits
• Supporting projects
• Other tasks (administer requests for system access, support routine reporting, perform goods receipts and maintain monthly exchange rates)

Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 0 – 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong learning agility and adaptability
• Multi-tasker and deliver results under tight timelines
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in SAP, SAP Hana advantageous

Job Scope:

• Oversee and organize the daily schedule for the company's launch boat activities
• Manage logistics for launch arrangements for internal staff, including coordinating with external vendors for services
• Keep detailed records of launch movements for payment validation and related purposes
• Support the purchasing department in arranging logistics for the delivery of provisions, spare parts, and other supplies by both land and sea
• Review and verify relevant invoices
• Assist the purchasing department with any additional assigned tasks
• Carry out projects and duties as directed

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, sales, or purchasing
