• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Prepare full set of monthly account for small entity.
• Generate and issue invoices to customers.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage vendor relationships and process payments.
• Handle staff claim, petty cash reimbursement and bank matters.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Diploma in Accounting or LCCI
• Bilingual English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking China colleagues)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good team player
• Willingness to learn, take on added responsibilities for company and personal growth
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of MYOB and Autocount accounting software
