Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to company policies.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate posting of transactions in the General Ledger.
• Assist with the validation of vendor and customer bank accounts and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AP, AR, and GL functions are aligned with company policies and standards.
• Contribute to financial projects aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AP, AR, and GL functions, including invoice processing and payment handling.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; experience with automation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with digital tools such as Power Automate is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Full Sets of Accounts
• Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule
• Monthly and year end closing
• Liaise with Auditor for Year End Account.
• Prepare and submit GST.
• Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes.
• Inputting invoices from suppliers and processing supplier payments and expenses
• Payroll and CPF submission.
• Apply Work Pass (MOM).
• Updating databases internally, such as sick, annual leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, paternity leave.
• Administrative Works Task and Handle Incoming calls
• Performing any duties as assigned by the management.

• Computer literate especially Microsoft Word and Excel and accounting software

Role Summary

Join our dynamic web3 finance team as a Accountant and play a key role supporting our financial operations. You'll gain valuable experience in traditional accounting while diving into the exciting world of web3 and blockchain technology.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior staff with core accounting tasks like audit schedules, budget, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Performing reconciliation for expenses, revaluation, inter-co transactions and other related financial activities.
• Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, processing claims and filing paperwork etc
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
• Contributing to the month-end close process and maintain strong internal controls.
• Supporting audit, tax, financial planning and analysis, helping develop financial models and track variances to keep us on track.
• Ensuring timely and accurate quarterly and yearly tax submission for GST and Corporate tax.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail for accurate financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, ) and a willingness to learn new accounting-specific tools.
• A keen interest in the web3 space and a desire to learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

The candidate must be able to handle standard accounting process such as data entry, book keeping, profits & and Loss, balance sheet and quarterly submission of GST to IRAS portal.
