• Responsible for all financial report for China use
• Manage Annual budgets report and Annual audit activities for China
• Responsible for Financial analysis report
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholder for finance-related issues
• Provide financial Information and answer about financial questions for project tender

Job Requirement

• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in construction industry
• Knowledge of MS Office and Oracle
• Good Communication skill and able to work under pressure

Job Description:

• Manage full spectrum of Accounting duties
• Revise current accounting process and implement accounting rules that are compliance to accounting standard & rugulations
• Monitor the day-today financial operations within the company such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions
• Monitor and escalate collection and credit control issues
• To achieve and qualitative quarterly management reports, analysis and key data presentation to Managing Director, and recommendations to aid in long/short term decision making
