JOB SUMMARY
- To grow new businesses and clients
- Manage relationship with clients, support their needs and ensure requirements are met.
- Increase company sales and company house products
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets set by Head of Sales.
- Compose promotional plan periodically to boost alcohol sales and create awareness for house products
- Monthly sales reporting, including post campaign analysis and recommendations
- Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, supply chain, customer service, merchandising)
- Service, develop and manage modern trade accounts which includes major supermarket chains and chain stores
- Identify trends and develop plans to outperform the competition
REQUIREMENTS
- Leadership skills to lead sales personnel
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
- Experience in FMCG Preferred
- Knowledge in alcohol brands/products will be a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in General trade (Mini markets, Supermarket F&B, Hotels) will be a plus.
- Possess good analytical and negotiation skills
- Possess good Microsoft Office skills like PowerPoint, word and excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
