Accounting Duties:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping, including recording and processing invoices, expenses, and receipts.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits or tax-related processes.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the pantry is well-stocked and organized.
- Provide support to team members for other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- Part-time role: 3 working days per week (schedule to be agreed upon).
- Comfortable office environment with occasional hybrid options, if applicable.
