Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate located in Singapore. You will be responsible for assisting in business management of the firm and participate in project-related activities. Your key tasks will include assisting in project management and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will be providing business support to business units and will be taking care of all administrative functions (including office administration and finance), working closely with management across various areas. You will be taking care of accounting of related entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
• Open for fresh graduates
• Accounting knowledge/experience is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Resource Management: Plan class schedules, allocate manpower, and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations management role, preferably in education or enrichment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Passion for working with children and understanding their development needs.
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week (Weekends included):Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  Weekends: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  1-hour lunch break daily.
