We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions of multiple retail stores or a large retail operation to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals. This role involves managing store operations, implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and driving performance across the retail network. You will also be responsible for:

• Operational Management:
  Oversee daily store operations to ensure that all locations run smoothly and efficiently.
  Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to standardize and improve store performance.

• Team Leadership and Development:

• Process Improvement:

• Reporting and Communication:

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail management or operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to drive performance and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management software (e.g., POS systems).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
