• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.) for assigned countries within region.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required

Requirements: -

• Degree or professional accountancy qualification recognized by ISCA
• Min. 2 years of related working experience, preferably with previous audit background
• Strong accounting knowledge and application of accounting standards.
• Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Must be able to communicate with our overseas offices, including Taiwan and Chinese speaking associates)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Invoices and Collection

• Communicate with customers to obtain collections in a timely manner
• Track account details for non-payments, delayed payments or other irregularities
• Collect outstanding from customers in Indonesia and India billed via Kofax Inc (HQ)
• Resolve invoicing disputes and customer discrepancies
• Liaising with Order Fulfilment team on invoice uploaded to portal
• Maintain a copy of sales tax invoices generated by Order Fulfilment team
• Arrange to send out hard copies of Tax Invoice upon customer request
• Co-ordinate invoice supporting document, i.e. JCT

Reporting and reconciliation

• Reconcile customer accounts
