Job Description

• Industry/Organization Type: Steel Pipe Manufacturer
• Position Title: Admin cum Accounts Assistant
• Working Location: Benoi Sector (Transportation Provided at Joo Koon MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $1,800 + Housing & Lunch Provided
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain office operations and procedures.
• Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
