Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, primarily focusing on data management and support for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records and databases by coordinating with office personnel, vessels, and external parties.
• Provide administrative and IT support for the implementation of company projects and upgrades.
• Utilize Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data, prepare reports, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Support the preparation of ISO audits and Environmental Reports, including EEOI, EMS, and EnMS reports.
• Assist with activities related to Digital Transformation (DX) and Decarbonisation (GX) as directed by Managers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the manager, including data entry and document preparation (e.g., converting PDFs to PowerPoint).
• Conduct research on safety guidelines and assist with vessel manual updates when necessary.
