Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the Department.
· Coordinate department and project activities, and prepare documents required
· Manage administrative and operational duties like scheduling, arranging and facilitating meetings
· Proper documentation of records
· Management of department’s inventory and equipment
Requirements
· Min A level
· Good organisational and administrative skills
· Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
