Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, include reviewing and posting of all journal entries
• Ensure that Account Receivable/Payables Sub Ledgers to General Ledger and the bank accounts to the bank statements are reconciled
• Prepare monthly and yearly management reporting package, including financial statements, relevant schedules and perform variance analysis on the financial performance
• Prepare information and schedule as requested by Parent company
• Prepare and file all requisite regulatory and tax submission i.e CIT, GST, WHT, COR, transfer pricing
• Prepare analysis on budget and forecast
• Prepare government surveys
• Liaise with external audit teams and tax consultants to compile requisite schedules and information (including ECI, annual tax filling, tax queries)
• Advise AR/AP on the correct GL account code and GST code entries
• (For Accountant only) - Oversee the Accounts Staff in the Customer master creation, billing, collection, contra, SOA and reporting activities according to the specific deadlines
• Monitor debtor's aging and ensure Accounts Executive follow up on the collection
• Systems and projects: Participate in systems changes/testing/implementation and other projects when required
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• SAP is a must
• Relevant accounting certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Help manage the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Rooms & Suites.
• Conducts daily briefings and attend meetings
• Help provide management and supervision to the Housekeeping Rooms & Suites Team Members on all shifts.
• Check VIP rooms prior to check in and in-house.
• Ensure that the requirements of VIP arrivals and in-house guests are managed well.
• Ensures turndown services are done in accordance to Marina Bay Sands standard.
• Handles all complaints and guest surveys pertaining to housekeeping service.
• Ensure that Housekeeping leaderships are kept fully aware of all feedback from either guests or other departments.
• Conducts regular inspections of rooms ensuring standards of cleanliness is always maintained.
• Ensure that the turnaround of the “House Status” is timely
• Be proactive in safety and accident prevention. Ensure that all Team Members are adequately trained in the use of housekeeping cleaning and sanitizing chemicals as well as lifting techniques and other potentially hazardous parts of their daily work.
• Ensure a clean, safe and pleasing environment for all Guests and Team Members.
• Help manage operating costs, especially labour, productivity and operating supply consumption.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Minimum College Diploma or University Degree in Hotel Management.

Experience

• At least 3 years in a supervisory role in a five star hotel housekeeping or related environment.
• Ability to successfully operate large-scale, high pressure environment with sudden change in business levels
• Knowledge in multi-cultural service protocols and standard.
• Experience in hotel pre-opening/renovation at supervisory/managerial levels.

Purpose

As a Logistics Admin Assistant, you will help ensure smooth logistics and inventory operations. You will handle shipments, manage stock, and support administrative tasks.

Job Duties

• Shipment Coordination: Work with forwarders to organize import and export shipments, including booking and scheduling.
• Local Deliveries: Handle and track local deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.
• Packing & Preparing Shipments: Pack and prepare goods for outgoing shipments, making sure all documents are correct.
• Shipping Documentation: Manage all shipping and delivery paperwork.
