Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable aging, venue deposits, venue income reports, venue insurance, car park and statements of account
• Manage budget compliance and coordinate quarterly budget review meeting
• Manage quarterly and annual grant reporting
• Oversee fixed deposit placements, maintain the fixed deposit schedule, and manage related banking documents
• Prepare monthly investment and cashflow reports
• Maintain and update policies and procedures such as procurement
• Provide cross coverage for accounts payable
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in business administration or finance/accounting or equivalent.
• At least two to three years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in accounts payable, account receivable and finance reporting
• Experience with accounting software such as Navision
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, such as using formula and building pivot table
• Analytical with strong administrative ability and detail-oriented
• Team player who is able to work well with others at all levels within the organisation

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative tasks related to HR, encompassing recruitment, HR events, and policy management.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Conduct exit interviews and facilitate proper off-boarding process for departing employees.
• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive employee orientation and training programs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all HR records, including Employee P-files, employment contracts, HR forms, company letters, and appraisals, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Monitor and manage employee movement, leave usage and approvals in alignment with company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of company assets in the HR system, including asset assignment and return by company staff.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to HR grants and support, actively seeking out opportunities for such assistance.
• Proactively address and escalate employee feedback and issues to management for resolution. Collaborate with the management team to uphold company HR policies and resolve discrepancies in HR matters.
• Plan and execute employee relations activities to foster company cohesion and morale.
• Represent the company at HR events such as career fairs and company tradeshows.
• Manage all platforms and external communication channels pertaining to HR, including LinkedIn.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support company objectives, including participating in HR projects and initiatives aimed at promoting organizational development and employee engagement.
• Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness continually.
• Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and
  assisting with HR compliance matters, including manpower audits and updates to MOM.
• Provide timely and comprehensive reporting to management on HR-related metrics and information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Finance software.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Education

• Studied Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Finance principles.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre tour work, which include planning of tours, tour logistics, liaising with tour guides and external vendors
• Coordinate post tour work such as collection of customer feedback.
• Ensure that tours run smoothly and maintain high standard of tours
• Provide feedback and work with internal teams (e.g sales) to enhance customer experience
• Assist in ground management by providing support to tour guides and operational staff.
• Involve in searching and scheduling of manpower
• Manage inventory tracking and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available, well-maintained, and ready for use for each tour
• Conduct thorough risk assessment and develop risk management strategies
• Represent the company and interact with clients in a professional and presentable manner.
• Assist in procurement of goods and services required for tours and develop partnerships with suppliers
• Assist in product development and development-based projects.
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews (e.g. Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Facebook).
• Perform other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Studied Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Working experience in tourism-related industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
• Great coordination skills and attention to detail
• Personable and fluent in English
