• Experience in clinical duties such as taking of blood samples, recording vital signs reading and etc. will be an added bonus

Requirements

• Min 3 years or more years of experience in a clinic setting.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• PC Literacry skills in MS/ Excel/ Powerpoint
• Working hours: 830am to 5pm (Mondays to Fridays), 830am to 1pm (Saturdays)
• Work location will be in Central / Novena
• Singaporean preferred
• Able to speak MANDARIN to the Chinese-speaking patients

Job Scope

• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable.
• ⁠Monitoring AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable
• Assisting in monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation
• ⁠Performing quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
• Handling inter-company billing and settlements
• Handling company full-set of accounts
• ⁠Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditor
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements.

• Able to commence immediately, no long holiday
• Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• SAP B1 knowledge preferred

• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
• Having a RES License is highly advantageous
