• Prepare/review quarterly Goods & Services Tax ("GST") working and reconciliation for filing of GST Form 5 to IRAS;

• Review and oversee client accounts, statutory reports, and service tax returns monthly.
• Consolidate group accounts and prepare head office reports for clients with multiple subsidiaries.
• Evaluate client accounting systems and recommend improvements in internal financial controls.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to current disclosure standards.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents on accounting-related queries.
• Guide junior staff and manage billings and collections for client services.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• Relevant experience

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of invoice/claim processing.
• Liaise with suppliers and business divisions on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents.
• Review reconciliation of supplier statements and payments.
• Ensure compliance of organizational process/procedures.
• Prepare intercompany schedule and GST reports for submission.
• Work as a team within the department to ensure all documents are properly collated for timely submission.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in handling transactions and/or accounts of F&B industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
• Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency.
• Able to get along with others and display good team spirit.
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
